How it works?
Remote desktop works via a small application called VNC (Virtual Network Computing). After you fill out the form above. The form is automatically submitted to us. You are then directed to a page with the option do download our remote desktop application. After you download and install the remote desktop application you will be able to directly request a connection with us. When the connection is successfully made we are able to see your desktop and control the mouse and keyboard and resolve any issue you might have.
I have an issue, can it be fixed with remote desktop?
The following issues can be resolved via remote desktop:
- Software installation/re-install
- Error removal
- Start-up errors
- Slow start-up
- Spy ware/Ad ware problems
- Virus removal
- Assistance with software issues

How much does it cost?
The connection fee for remote desktop is $5.00
The hourly labor charge is $34.99/hr

When do i get billed?
If your bill is less then $25.00 your bill will be due fifteen days from the day of service.
If your bill is more then $25.00 it will be do as soon as we complete the remote desktop call and your issue has been resolved.

How do i pay my bill?
You will be able to view, print, and pay your bill online through our client section.
