Key refund

SIHAM Rapid Refund program has included the latest online data base called Key-refund.  Key refund comes standard with your SIHAM Rapid Refund Program packages. 

It enables clients to do the fallowing:

• Access account information

• View account history detail

• View a list of customers with amounts paid

• Asses your fees

• View payment origin, for example if the customer was paid from MN revenue or Federal.

Check Processing

SIHAM will process your check automatically using SIHAM’s premier checks.  The checks will have the customer information displayed accurately and will be delivered on time for issuance to your customers.

Delivery Options

• Our clients are assured a timely check delivery; We have the following delivery options:

• Delivery to the business-(by hand)

• Mailing – note: we mail checks using FedEx

• Pick-Up: you can always pick up the checks during the office hours.

• Checks  are delivered on Friday afternoons: between 2pm-6pm

All checks will be delivered right to preparer’s office, every Friday afternoon from 2:00pm-6:00pm.  This applies to twin cities area clients, if you are out of state,  other delivery methods may apply.
